Cadmium, nickel and lithium in natural environment

The content in soils and uptake cadmium, nickel and lithium by different plants are discussed. Lithium awakes a growing interest not only in medicine and veterinary medicine but also in plant physiology. It is a nutritive microcomponent little available for plants from a natural compounds but present in fertilizers used in agriculture. The results to be presented at the symposium point to a diversified role of this element in the component of natural environment
