Four rose genotypes regenerated "in vitro" have been subcultured on the of four type of medium containing slow concentration of mineral nutrients (MS 1/3) and 5g saccharose/l. The rooting was favoured by the content of alpha-naphthalenacetic acid (ANA 3mg/l) and mostly of indol-3 butyric acid (AIB - 3 mg/l). The evolution of rose plantlets in this process in depends greatly on the cultivar.
