The aim of the work was to study possibilities of adaptation of the microscopic fungus Mycelium sterilium 80 to various cultivation environment conditions, growth rate and biomass creation in dependance on the inoculum volume, pH value, and the possibility of its utilization in purification in the existing cleaners in waste water stations. Based upon the results, there is a possibility to study in more detail the utilization of microorganisms in both primary and secondary treatment of maize, potato or sugarbeet waste water
