Agricultural production after the Second World War in Montenegro (Yugoslavia) had a high stature, but it is still scare in food production on a primary agricultural production base. On analysing the level and structure of consumption of agricultural products within some household categories domestic diet may be considered unsatisfactory due to a fairly high consumption of cereals, but consumption of high quality agricultural product was low. For exceeding the current problems in domain of amelioration of caters and increasing of self-adequation of some agricultural products it is necessary for agricultural enterprises to give their part. Development of agricultural production, offensive advent of domestic enterprises on foreing markets and distributive channels in Montenegro (Yugoslavia) is to be developed with maximal reliance of own sources and optimal economical and organizing solutions.
