The morphological characters and biochemical fruit composition of cultivars "Nivelena", "Podarok Sadu", "Otradnaya", "Trofimovskaya" and promising hybrids were analysed. The cultivar "Trofimovskaya" and hybrid 29-88 were screened for the complex of characters (length of annual accretion, medium fruit mass, number of shoots forming a bunch, carotene content, ascorbic acid)
