The paper contains an analysis and conclusions on the preparation of villages for reconstruction of rural areas within the system of planning under the conditions created by the regulations of the new spatial management act. Faults and inconsistences of the regulations have been pointed out; necessitating revision of the act, which can be made when passing the long expected act on management and development of rural areas
