Land price development and its expectation

The change of social and economical conditions was reflected also in the approach how to evaluate the production land ability. The land price started to use after the year 1991. Market relations are not fully developed in our economy therefore the fixing of basic administrative land prices was one of the unavoidable assumption of their development. The agricultural land evaluation is done according to Annex no. 8 in Directive of Ministery of Agriculture of the Slovak Republic no. 465/1991 in running of later regulations. The practical experiences has shown necessity to correct calculated prices in this way by factors which limit the agricultural production
