[Livings and cultures study of families in rural areas in industrial development province research report: Comparative of and provinces]

Research aims to make comparative study of the livings and cultures of families in rural areas of Lumpoon and Lumpang provinces. The livings and cultures, as in the study, covered economic beings, careers, the recognition and utilization of technology, family relationships, attitude and the need for education, the awareness of healthcare and the participation of environment protection. By the use interview form, data 1,064 samples were collected, using t-test, Chi-square-test to analyse the difference and using correlation to analyse the relationship. The study found that 1. Family in Lumpoon in average owns and utilizes land of 2.62 and 3.03 rais and earn an average annual incomes of 65,056.76 bahts per year. Average annual earning from agriculture, industrial estate are 21,029.26 and 4,956.66 bahts per year. And average annual expenditures of agriculture, household using are 7,699.81 and 26,029.26 bahts per year accordingly. Family in Lumpang in average owns and utilizes land of 5.84 and 5.57 rais and earn an average annual incomes of 47,681.28 bahts per year. Average annual earning from agriculture, industrial estate are 8,973.36 and 45.45 bahts per year. And average annual expenditures for agriculture, household using are 4,148.95 and 22,284.47 bahts per year accordingly. 2. Land for agriculture owned and utilized by family in Lumpoon is statistical significantly smaller than that owned and utilized by family in Lumpang but average incomes, agricultural expenditures, tap water expenses, the recognition and utilization of technology of family in Lumpoon are statistical significantly more than those of family in Lumpang. In careers, family structure, the awareness of family healthcare in both provinces are statistical significantly differences. And family relationship, attitude and the need for education, the awareness of healthcare and individual behavior of cleanness of family in Lumpoon are statistical significantly higher than those in Lumpang. 3. The correlation of most variables in the livings and cultures of family in Lumpoon was more complicate. It found the relationships among the variables in economic beings, infra-structure expenses, careers, utilization in technology and education. But in Lumpang, it found only the relationships among the variables in economic beings, infra-structure expenses and education.
