Researches on the storage abilities of some table grape varieties

The cold storage abilities of some standard and domestic varieties and two new seedless varieties were searched in this study between 1992 and 1993 years. The reactions of grapes were determined at room SO2 fumigation conditions for all cultivars, also original and/or native grape quard pads for some cultivars. Grapes were stored at 0 + 1 deg C with a relative humidity of 85-95 %. Amasya Siyahi was very hopefull in term of storage abilities. Optimal storage periods were determined as 4 months for Amasya Siyahi, Manda Gozu, Tekirdag Cekirdeksiz; 3 months for Italia and 1-2 months for Baris, Tilki Kuyrugu, Arnat varieties under room fumigation cnoditions
