Carob is an important raw material for several industrial utilisation and has a special importance for human and animal nutrition because of its high nutrition value. In this work, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn contents were determined all year round in leaves, cutting, fruits and seeds of carob in order to determine the monthly changes. Analyses were performed on dry weight basis. Iron content of the leaves ranged between 38-78 ppm, whereas it was 3.2-9.6 ppm for Cu, 7.8-16.5 ppm for Mn and 8.5-15.6 ppm for Zn. Micronutrient contents of other parts of carob varied in different months according to the physiological status
