Genetic potential and dependence of production characteristics and technological properties of wine obtained from newly-created Yugoslav wine grape vine varieties Kladovska Bela and Jagodinka of trial locality conditions [Serbia, Yugoslavia]

Based on the analysis of three-year investigation results of the most important production characteristics of the Kladovska Bela and Jagodinka varieties in dependence of agroecological trial locality conditions, the existence of dependence was clearly established, as well as a major influence of meteorological and soil conditions. We also established a strong correlation between technological wine properties for the Kladovska Bela variety and meteorological and soil trial locality conditions. However, for both varieties the dependence was more pronounced in the Jagodina trial locality. The Radmilovac locality is suitable for growing both investigated genotypes, whereas the Jagodina locality results more suitable for Kladovska Bela production.
