Using this dependence an efficacy evaluation of the fertilization norms in growing of corn on carbonate black soil in North-West Bulgaria at different agro-meteorological conditions might be done. It was found out that the most efficient is the fertilization of corn during very favorable years with probability of 10-12% when the yield's increase might come up to 1810 kg/ha. The efficacy decreases during the favorable (probability 18-20%) and the moderately favorable (probability 33-35%) years when the maximum yield's increase might come up to 1240, 880 and 800 kg/ha respectively. During very unfavorable for the corn growing years (probability 4-6%) the effect of the fertilization may not be performed.
