Reviews new farm structures formed as a result agricultural reform, existing farmars training consultance system, aqtivties of international organizations engaged in the sector and main direction, that are to be implemented to develop new modern system of farmers and peasants service throgh the establishment of regional and local service centres. Centers will promote farmers interesd in scientific surveys and new technologies, encourage scientists to develop modern meqanisms for offering required scientific product, support eqstension and eqspansion of leading achievements in farm economies.
