Any agribusiness in free trade era should apply sustainability principle as to result in competitive products. To be sustainable, agribusiness must be environmentally friendly being productive and having a low destructive rate due to soil erosion. This paper aims to report the need for the integration of soil conservation and fertilization policies in a sustainable agribusiness. Policy on soil conservation is important factors such as soil, climate and traditional farming systems believed to be prize causes for higher erosion rate in many agricultural lands. Like wise, strict policy on fertilization is needed as to fulfil the needed nutrients by plants during their growth. This is particularly true in many areas being naturally infertile and/or experiencing a heavy erosion rate. It is, therefore, essential for the government to issue national policies which call for land owners to apply the two policies in their lands
