The article deals with canine hyperadrenocorticism and its most common clinical signs e.g. polyuria and polydipsia, dermatological signs and lethargy. Specific laboratory tests must be used in order to diagnose hyperadrenocorticism. Both of pitratary depending and primary hyperadrenocorticism can be treated by using drug o"p'- DDD - Mitonate for both pitratary depending and primary hyperadrenocorticism.
