Gudavicute, D. (Vilnius Pedagogical Univ. (Lithuania))
The aim of this study was to examine the influence of multienzyme compositions MEK-CGAP and Vilzim-F on the concentration of calcium and phosphorus in the blood of Hisex Brown laying hens. It was established that there is a positive influence of multienzyme compositions on the blood biochemical indices of laying hens. It has been found out that multienzyme compositions (MEK-CGAP and Vilzim-F) increased the concentration of calcium and phosphorus in the laying hens blood by 2.65-7.87 % and 0.65-14.55 %, respectively. Enzyme preparation Vilzim-F (dose 0.1 %) affected the increase of the total protein in blood plasma of hens aged 45 and 58 weeks, correspondingly by 13.19 % and 17.00 % compared with the control group.
