The influence of enzyme "Vilzim-F" on the reproductivity of tetra SL parent stock brown layers

The dependence of an effective poultry farming on poultry breed characteristics and on feed quality, as well as the need of using the endogenic enzyme preparations to increase the feed intake are explained. In Lithuania trials were carried out to investigate the influence of enzyme preparation "Vilzim F" on the reproductive quality of Tetra-SL parent flock. The method and the procedure of the trial are described. The results of the trial show that supplementation of enzyme "Vilzim F" to the diets of Tetra-SL parent stock layers increased the amount of hatching eggs and the total egg production.
