Six leaflets and two posters have already been produced. Two of the leaflets, published in 1998, featured agrilivestock projects implemented by CARP-ISF in Ugan, Lutac, Naga, Cebu and in Gayusan, Agno, Pangasinan [Philippines]. The CARP-ISF had been successful in the two communities. In Ugan, Cebu, the program helped farmer-cooperators to form their own Multipurpose cooperative, the "Panaghugpong sa Mag-uuma sa Sitio Ugan". The cooperative was registered at the Cooperative Development Authority and earned the second place as the Best Farmer Organization in the 3rd Annual CARP-ISF R & D Symposium. Two years after the CARP-ISF, the agrilivestock project implemented by the program prospered under the management of farmer-cooperators that it had been chosen as Region 7's [Central Visayas, Philippines] entry to the Gender and Development Service Awards. CARP-ISF had enlisted the active roles of women in the livelihood project. In Gayusan, Agno, Pangasinan, the agrilivestock project implemented by CARP-ISF enabled the farmer-cooperators to earn an average annual income of P14,972.39 or 18.8 percent increase per year. Within the period of 1992-1997, 306 heads of swine and goats were sold by the cooperators
