The studies were conducted totally on 735 Black-and-White and Jersey cows, crossbreds BW x Jersey as well as crossbreds with different share of HF blood. The studies showed that crossbreds with share of HF blood were indicated higher milk productivity and higher content of milk constituents, while crossbreds BW x Jersey were indicated statistical higher content of fat (by 0.44) and protein (by 0.1). The highest share of homozygotes kappa-Cn BB was stated in local BW cows from individual farms (15.38) percent and Jersey cows (26.76 percent)
