The field efficacy of plastic strip - Apifos - against V. jacobsoni was tested. The miticide is spread, in plastic microlayer from on strip. There were used 2 strips for a treatment of honey bee colony. The field efficacy of Apifos was 96.3-100 percent after about four weeks of administration
