[Biological activity of mixtures myclobutanil and fosetyl-aluminium on some plant pathogenic fungi]

The biologic activity of mixture with myclobutanil and fosetylaluminium (9:1, 1:9, 5:5, 7:3 and 3:7) upon the plant pathogenic fungi Botrytiscinerea, Alternaria solani, Fusarium oxysporum and Pythium debaryanum has been studied.In order to evaluate efficacy of fungicidal mixture the diameter of fungal colonies has been measured, when in the check variant the Petri dish was completely covered by the test-fungus. Further, the lethal doses (LD50 and LD90)have been calculated with the method logarithm - dose, probit-mortality. Based on the results recorded, the coefficient of cotoxicity (CCO) has been calculated at LD50 level, in order to reveal synergism between the two components of mixture. The mixture myclobutanil and fosetyl-aluminium reacted marked by synergistic to Botrytis cinerea (3:1), Alternaria solani (1:9), Fusarium oxysporum(5:5, 1:9, 3:7), Pythium debaryanum (9:1, 1:9, 3:7).
