Researches in the field of protection of cereals and industrial plants against the attack of diseases and pests are carried out in various research units, in the framework of unique research programs in different crops, co-ordinated by the Research Institute for Cereals and Industrial Crops - Fundulea. In this paper results of the more outstanding achievements in various crops, obtained during 1997 are presented.
