In three-year small-plot trial under greenhouse conditions dynamic of inorganic nitrogen (NO3-, NH4) within three nutritive variants of radish was investigated in antropic substrate prepared from loamy orthic luvisol, sand and garden soil of Terravita brand. It was found out that changes of N sub(an) content in antropic substrate are comparable with the course of changes in natural soils, although the content fluctuations are more dynamic and expressive in antropic substrate. On the fertilizer variants N-NO3- content was higher than N-NH4+ content during the whole vegetation period of radish. On unfertilized variant the contents of stated forms of nitrogen were equalized by progress of time during vegetation. It is recomended to sample substrate for agrochemical analysis and subsequent fertilizer rates calculation mere a few days before sowing crops and from such a substrate which is a few days maintained under the same hydrothermical conditions as the growing plants
