The influence of ecological and integrated farming systems on the quantity and quality of soil organic matter and changes of non-humic substances has been studied. It was shown that ecological farming system (Ct=1,54% and HA:FA=0.784) had positively influence on quality and quantity of soil organic matter than integrated farming system (Ct=1,32% and HA:FA= 0.765). Content of non-humic substances was higher in integrated farming system (9.69% from Ct content) than in ecological farming system (7.59% from Ct). Different manner of cultivation had not significant influence on content of non-humic substances in the tested soil
