The digestibility of nitrogen and fats from feed rations for minks was studied at various percentual proportions of feed mix Masomix. The digestibility of nitrogen and fats from Masomix was studied as well. The experiments were conducted on five unrelated males of standard mink at the age of four months. The animals were housed in special cages for metabolic trials. The experiment consisted of four phases. The animals received basal feed ration in the first phase, the content of the tested feed in the feed ration represented only 15.06 %out of the original matter, 26.2% in the second phase, 34.0% in the third, and 44.4% in the fourth phase. The coefficient of nitrogen digestibility in the feed rations decreases significantly in dependence on the Masomix percentage from 75.76 to 66.52%. The coefficient of fat digestibility decreases from 92.68 to 76.82% as well. Low nitrogen digestibility (59.93%), as well as low fat digestibility (58.02%) were determined in feed mix Masomix. It recommended to use Masomix in feed rations for minks in proportion of 30% as a maximum
