Breeding hygiene examination by using the Gynecological procedure in 70 subfertile Australian Brahman heifers and cows under Thai small farmer production system was performed in 1993 in Ang Thong Province. The incidences of reproductive organs' abnormalities due to cystic ovaries, endometritis associated with cystic corpus luteum, vulvo-vaginitis and inactive ovaries averaged 5.71 percent, 2.85 percent, 22.85 percent, and 34.28 percent, respectively. Chi-square for the treatment group of 22 heifers and 24 cows were used to analyze the test. In case of vulvo-vaginitis and cystic corpus luteum the animal treated by Prostaglandins and the conception rate in heifers and cows were found to be 22.22 and 20.00 percent, respectively (p0.05). Animal with inactive ova or ovarian hypoplasia were treated by Progestin and PMSG which showed the conception rate in heifers and cows to be 30.76 and 42.10 percent, respectively (p0.05).
