In this paper, it was investigated the possibility of producing fish silage (Carassius aureatus gibelio) with phosphoric, formic and acetic acid as conservans in the concentration of 2.5% and 3.5%. Conservans used in this trial had an effect on absolute and relative change of dry matter, crude protein, fat and ash proportion. Treatment with phosphoric acid resulted with lowest pH value and lowest content of ammoniac nitrogen. On the other hand, formic acid resulted with highest content of protein nitrogen. With increased amount of conservans used it has been achieved lower pH value and lower amount of ammoniac nitrogen. After 60 days the level of protein nitrogen was reduced compared to the treatment opened after 30 days.
