The research has shown that in the interacting competition, chicken meat products have more favourable position than raw products if the free action of the input-output ratio is provided by the model construction. Triple price increase of direct work does not affect the change of production structure. Introduction of new conditions to be fulfilled by the model restricts free acting of the input-output ratio, resulting in reduction of the net income. At the same slaughter house capacity (10 million broiler chickens), the net income is 3-4 times increased if the program includes a possibility to incorporate less valuable body parts into the products in the form of mechanically separated meat. The model analysis generated objectively established price parity of products and raw materials.
