Selected methodical problems of economic evaluation in commodities of animal origin

The publication is oriented at selected methodical problems leading to the objectivization of economic evaluation of commodities of animal origin: methodical problems connected with defining the product vertical as a starting point of the economic evaluation of commodities including observation of benefit division; observation of economics of cattle husbandry as a whole; economic impacts of different classification of intermediate products exampled in the economics of milk production; methodical mechanics of animal trade among categories inside a cattle herd. The presented methodical problems are illustrated by typical examples.
