Computers combined with communication technology penetrate to all spheres of human activities, including agriculture. Enterprises, which use these means correctly, can gain a strategic advantage in a competitive environment. Utilising methods and services offered by a current computing and communication technology makes an increased effectiveness of the agri-complex possible. Agricultural enterprises are, by tradition, rather conservative, which builds some obstacles to the fast implementation of the above-mentioned modern technology. Moreover, individual parts of this problem were solved separately, without a system approach.
