In Georgia the land reform is being imlemented in two stages. The ferst stage srarted spontaneously in 1992 and reffered only to agricultural lands. the second stage started in March 1996-with the adoption of laws on Agricultural Land Ownership, Agricultural Land Lease, and Land Registration. Land became the object of private owvership, sell and purchase, lease and hypothec. International organisations and donor countries assisted Georgia in Establishment of land cadastre and registration. Hight qualified specialists will be trained in Georgia annually (surveyors, land lawyers, immovable property economists-valuators, geodesists, etc.).
