Nowadays we have to live and work in the complex social and economic conditions. We all, in particular IDPs, are in the most difficult situation-we lack apartments, working places, majority of us have not got minimal living conditions, but the most essential is the fact, that people`s hearts are not broken, they still love land, work and are ready to greate wealth. Despite the economic crisis, program of the Goverment of France on the credit union for group of refugees, had vital importance for us.But if the Goverment of France, bearing some risks, cares about us so much, why the Ministry of Finance of Georgia cannot do the same and find additional funds to suppor the rehabilitation program and enlarge its scales.
