[Nutrition problems of the 21st century]

The given report contains the discussion of the following problems of nutrition that are to be expected and might be important in the 21st century: 1. Production of agricultural crops for food - (a) intensification of production; (b) development of new kinds of food products. 2. Solution of health problems associated with the used food, and cooperation of the respective establishments in this sphere: (a) the use of traditional local raw materials in the preparation of food products; (b) industralization of nutrition. 3. The prophylactic role of nutrition. It is concluded that worked out the development plans of the national economy the recommendations of scientists - specialists in nutrition - should be considered.
