Peas are the very high quality foodstuffs. The author describes breeding, harvesting and processing techniques of grey red blossom peas, which are e very advisable product for livestock feed. He suggests that grey red blossom pea varieties 'Rota' and 'Vita' created by Priekuli Plant Breeding Station are the most suitable for Latvia.
