Soil remediation with insoluble polyacrylate polymers: an overview
2000
Varennes, A. de | Torres, M.O.
Soil pollution has become one of the most important social and environmental challenges. Soil remediation is a very expensive process, and more cost-effective technologies need to be developed. Recently, a new technique based on hydrophilic and insoluble polyacrylate polymers was proposed. In this work we are going to review the information available on the effects of these polymers on several toxic metals, that can be exploited to archieve in situ soil remediation
