[Rationalization of forest regeneration from the aspect of reduction the number of transplants and more effective tending]

Possibilities of reducing the number of transplants for artificial forest regeneration are reviewed. Tree species of beech growth type (European beech, pedunculate oak, sessile oak, lowland type of Scots pine) were used. Rationalization aspect lies in minimizing the size of small plots where planting of mentioned tree species was concentrated.
