[Agrarian production systems of the XXI century in the context of global climate changes]

The problem is studied of the rational use of the basic natural resources, such as soil and water. The preliminary list is given of the legislative and organizational measures on the systemic adaptation of agricultural production to the extreme climatic conditions caused by deterioration of the agrolandscapes, soil and water systems. The most important problem lies in the necessity to integrate scientific knowledge about soils, water, plant and animal resources, and to unite these resources with the soil and water management systems, agrotechnologies, resource and energy potential of the productive structures and soil and climatic, as well as social and economic conditions that are changing. The main lines are proposed of improvement in the agricultural production management systems as well as in soil and water management that are to be implemented at the level of political decisions, reliable energy provision of agricultural systems, improvement in technologies, resource-saving, soil fertility and conservation recreation with the aim of sustainable and ecologically safe development of multisectoral agricultural production of Ukraine in the XXI century
