Analysis of trend of intensiveness of agricultural production in concern with productive-economic factors [Serbia, Yugoslavia]
2000
Jankovic, N.
If a mark were given to the trends of intensiveness of Serbian agriculture, apart from all economic streams and investments concerning agriculture, it would be extremely unfavourable. Good indicators of trends of intensiveness are only present at change of the structure of usage of cultivable areas - participation of industrial plants and vegetables increses on the account of crops and at yield and growing of rapsberries. Entire production of livestock breeding notes falls in all its aspects. Average yields of livestock breeding, except for the production of cow's milk, have negative tendencies as well. This survey, on the contrary, shows next: when intensiveness of agriculture is observed as a part of all economic movements, it's vitality is clearly expressed, because decrease of yield and total production of agriculture is far too lower then the lost of value of gross domestic products (GDP) of economy and narrowing, basically losing of the market and economic conditions for production have major influence on intensity and extensity of production. This comes from analysis of raspberry production: this product, which otherwise has stable sale at the market, has been making good results - increasing of yield and cultivable area - in other words - increasing of whole production. Only favourable economic ambient leads to the intensification of agricultural production. Attribute of this ambient are not given once and for all - they are being created all the time.
