2000
Dimov, D. (Agricultural University, Plovdiv (Bulgaria)) | Baulov, M.
The genetic polymorphism of transferin (Tf), amylase (Am), ceruloplasmine (Cp), albumine (Alb), arylesterase (EsA) and alkaline phosphatase (Akp) has been studied in blood serum of 153 ewes and 14 rams of White Maritza sheep and 169 ewes and 8 rams of Patch Faced Maritza sheep. In the loci of Am, Cp and Alb we have established one phenotype only. The loci of Akp, EsA and Tf are polymorphic.Differences in allele allocation in Akp and EsA systems are not significant.Genetic polymorphism in transferin system is caused by 5 alleles.Significant differences between two populations have been established only in Tf a, Tf b and Tf e alleles.
