Boron, selenium, vanadium and cobalt play an important role in the functioning of the oxydo-reduction system of the human organism as well as in the formation of blood and they help to preserve the intact character of cellmembranes too. The examination of their functioning is continuous. The requirement values are quantities estimated under their intake. Their presence in physiological substances varies depending on the quality of the ground and the water.
