[Prevention of the nutritional anaemia in the piglets by fumaric-iron]

After the outbreaks of piglets anaemia was investigated, it was applied Fe + 3 from 200 mg to 3,500 mg/kg body weight. But there wasn't any toxicity in the fumaric-iron. After applying fumaric-iron to the piglets of 2 months old, the most appropriate content to prevent the anaemia from piglets was 200 mg form its applying to them 3 weeks old before additional feeding. The applying of fumaric-iron clarified the effects: on the number of red and white corpuscles; on the contents of hemoglobin; on serum protein; on the change of hematocryt value and on the fragments of serum protein
