[The study on the application of the immune yolk injection and immune condition to new castle of young chickens in chicken farm occured the infectious bursal disease]

Inoculation of Newcastle vaccine No.4 to the chickens of 5-7 days old didn't affect any in the chicken farm occured IBD. When the chickens of 7 days old, which was infected with the IBD virus, was inoculated by it after 21 days again, didn't afect to the formation of Newcastle immunity. Immune antibody over 12 log2 of Newcastle HAI and over 6 log2 of IBD precipitant antibody could be obtaind by technical procedure making of immune yolk injection against ND and IBD. The outberaks of ND and IBM could be satisfactorily prevented, when the injectiing Newcastle yolk or ND and IBD injection of the bivalent immune yolk could be applicated one or two times until chicken of 20 days old in chicken farm occured IBD
