Negative influences of absence appropriate using agricultural land to landscape components

Landscape in the Czech-Saxon border came in 1945-1989, and that was in both sides of the border, under important negative anthropogenic influence, and it was realisation socialistic agriculture mass production and coming industrialisation and urbanisation. From the year 1990 became (in positive and negative meaning) influences taking from damping farming and industry restructuring in this region. While state administration take seriously the idea sustainable development, it will be necessary before processing relevant regional and local Agenda 21 done valorisation until now development and present situation of landscape in this region, propose conception its revitalisation and realisation so called recover arrangements. Example that evaluation is given in the reading article for municipality Stare Krecany in districts Decin. Evaluation based on analysis maps and registers, form investigation reflect situation and opinions present important landowners in this area. It is proposed conception landscape revitalisation in that region, which come from common thinking about conditions and possibilities next development in district Decin
