In the work there was analysed production parameters dairy cows of Slovak spotted breed (n = 338) with selection to special combining ability of bulls - sires of daughters and sires of mothers. Into statistic evaluation we count 969 norm lactations (240-305 days) of dairy cows with minimal portion of 75% of Slovak spotted breed. The tested parameters (milk and protein production) were obtained from monthly results of performance control analysis, it means from lactation records of living cows that were counted to 10.1.2000. The parameters of dairy production were evaluated by Student t-test. The positive results of special combining ability were found when were used combinations of sires HAX-1/HX-9 higher milk performance by 790.9 kg, TB-1/AGK-2 higher protein production by 22.5 kg and HX-32/MK-15 the percentage of proteins higher by 0.07 % in comparison to other calculated combination. The negative combination were calculated lighter. Obtained results were suggest to take into attention where breeding plot are working out
