The microclimate was recorded in pig houses, type RCHO, designed for 2000 pigs. Microclimate parameters were recorded in summer, autumn and winter seasons. In summer and winter the microclimate conditions were in the optimum range. In autumn we recorded unfavourable conditions: the temperature was by 56.1% lower than the optimum, the air flow reached 0.1 m/s and the values of NH3 were on the level of 0.0015%. In this period, the incidence of respiration diseases was higher than in the other periods
