The invention deals with water processing, in particular, with the development of means of water activation, and can be used in medicine, ecology, agroindustry, food industry etc. The method suggested is based on the use of silica-containing mineral compound. The water obtained can contribute to the increase in crop yield, productivity in the field of animal husbandry. The method is of a great value in solving ecological problems and treating diseases
