The paper deals with the properties of land, structures, flats registered in the State cadastral register of real property as will as uses of land. It studies the planned and registered properties and uses of regional departments of State Land service. It analyses the increase of number of land units in the cadastral map. The comparison is offered about the process of farther real property consolidation registered in the State cadastral register of real property in the Land Book
