Influence of fungus Trichoderma viride on the yield of cucumber in greenhouse conditions

The effect of a rhizosphere-competent biocontrol agent Trichoderma viride to cucumber yield was investigated under the greenhouse conditions. Experiments were carried out in the experimental garden of Estonian Agricultural University in Tartu in 1998, 1999 and 2001. Different varieties of cucumber ('Davista' F1, 'Marinda' F1, 'Melody' F1), also a strain of a stillborn fungus Trichoderma viride selected in Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology of Tartu University were used.
