Influence of organic-mineral fertilizers with use of vermicompost applied to the soil surface on yield components and yiels of winter oil-seed rape

Depending on different base rates of nitrogen fertilizers, manure at rate 15 t/ha and vermicompost at rates 3 and 9 t/ha were applied in two periods of autumn. The yield components and seed yield of winter oil-seed rape was determined. The results show the good effectiveness of vermicompost at rate 3 t/ha. It increased significantly the number of pods per plant and number of seeds per pod and also the seed yield. The best time of application for organic fertilizers was at 2-3 leaves stage of winter oil-seed rape. The increasing of rates from 3 to 9 t/ha of vermicompost do not bring the increasing of seed yield
