Quantitative relationships between mineral elements in grass green growths as well as in their mixtures with Gelaga orientalis Lam

The research covered monocultures of Arrhenatherum elatius, Dactylis glomerata, Festuca pratensis and Phleum pratense as well as their two component mixtures with Galega orientalis. The ratio of Ca:P and K:(Ca+Mg) were generally within tolerable leveles under grass green growths in monocultures while the ratio K:Na was rather wide. The presence of Galega orientalis in the green growths in a decisive way widened the ratio Ca:P while narrowing that of K:Na and K:(Ca+Mg)
